What we need

Booking.si or the owner of the domain Marcelino d.o.o. , Kranjčeva ulica 4, 3000 Celje is the controller of the personal data it provides (data subject: you, customer, visitor, etc.). We collect the following types of personal data:

Why do we need them?

Communication via social groups with personal profiles that confirm a connection with us;
Name, Address, Email address and Telephone number for occasional sweepstakes or other promotions with your prior permission;
Aggregated data from Google Analytics or Yandex Direct and Cloudflare for visit tracking and internal analytics to improve our content.
What we do with personal data
Your personal data is processed at Marcelino d.o.o., Kranjčeva ulica 4, 3000 Celje, Slovenia, which is located in Slovenia. The hosting and storage of data takes place on the servers of https://booking.si, which are located in the countries of the European Union (Germany).

No third party provider has access to your data, unless required by law.

How long we keep it
In accordance with the law or the data retention policy, we are obliged to keep your data according to the personal data retention schedule (maximum period is 20 years or less). After this period, your personal data will be archived. Any personal data we hold for information, marketing and support purposes will be retained until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information by clicking the unsubscribe button or by using the withdrawal of consent form (https://booking.si/privacy), but no longer than the maximum retention period. What are your rights?
If you believe that the personal data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the opportunity to submit a request to review that data, correct it or delete it. If you wish to complain about how we have processed your personal data, please contact the Data Protection Coordinator or Data Protection Officer or DPC (Data Protection Coordinator) at info@booking.si.

Our DPC will then investigate your complaint and contact you about the resolution of the matter. If you still feel that your personal data has not been processed properly in accordance with the law, you can contact the Information Commissioner and lodge a complaint with him.
