General Terms and Conditions
Booking.si is an advertising portal that gives legal entities and natural persons registered for the tourism business the opportunity to present their tourism product/service to the general public on the Internet.
The Booking.si system allows tourism service providers to enter their offers on the portal. By special arrangement, the Booking.si team can enter the offer authorised by the supplier. On the other side, visitors can communicate directly and send enquiries to the providers.
Bookings are arranged directly between the provider and the visitor. Booking.si allows you to view contact forms or contact options. Each service provider or partner is responsible for its own content and the overall offer it enters on its own or on booking.si. Each visitor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the provider. Untrue or imaginary contacts, possible misleading information for imaginary bookings, which unnecessarily burden any customer, will be charged at hourly rates. We expect responsible behaviour from providers and visitors on a portal that allows free contact screening and works for the general good.
Terms and Conditions
The booking rules only cover requests for a specific service, accommodation, etc…, which are made via the Booking.si contact booking form or via a simple contact form. Sending a booking request is for information purposes only and does not constitute confirmation of the booking until the supplier has replied to your request.
When confirming the booking form, you undertake that you are at least 18 years of age. When submitting or sending a contact booking form, you are responsible for ensuring that the reservation is booked in accordance with the contact enquiry or booking submitted.
Booking.si offers its services exclusively on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions. The fees, subscription fees and charges resulting from the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions dictate the legal relationship between you, the online customer, and Booking.si.
The price, booking date, cancellation, payment terms, deadlines, liability, cancellation, changes to the booking, refund or all other main terms and conditions of the accommodation, service is the relationship between the online buyer (the person who submits the online enquiry, booking form) and the service provider.
Content of the data on the portal
Service providers who market and advertise their services on Booking.si have access to our internal System (own content editing).
Service providers or our partners are responsible for the information or descriptions of the accommodation, photos, prices and general information, events, programmes, tours that they upload to Booking.si.
We treat the content on Booking.si with care and diligence. We do not guarantee that all information on Booking.si is correct or completely accurate. We are not liable for any errors (whether obvious or typographical), any interruptions (whether due to any failure, upgrade or maintenance of the website or for any other reason), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or for non-disclosure of information.
Each Service Provider is solely responsible for its own content published on Booking.si. This means that at all times that content is published on Booking.si, it is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information published.
The Online Buyer agrees that the use of Booking.si is at your own risk.
The operators of Booking.si or its service providers may correct errors, and change the design or content on this website.
Liability
Booking.si shall not be liable, whether under the terms of this guide or otherwise, for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract or any other indirect or consequential loss that an online customer may suffer as a result of using any information from the Booking.si website.
Booking.si, acting only as an intermediary, passes on all warranties as to the availability, description and applicable prices of accommodation or services to the service provider.
Prices
Prices on Booking.si are expressed in EUR and are for information only. The price includes the services listed under the description of the accommodation, event, tour.
Additional services may be available and must be paid for separately. These additional services shall be indicated and charged additionally by the service provider according to the requirements of the online buyer upon receipt of the booking form.
All prices quoted on the website are for information only and refer to different minimum number of nights. The exact calculation will be sent to the online customer directly from the service provider after submitting the enquiry or booking form.
Description of services
The standards of accommodation, meals, tours, events vary according to the type of service and cannot be compared. Booking.si does not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of the information provided to the visitor on Booking.si. Any disputes shall be resolved by the online visitor directly with the service provider, as the latter is responsible for the content of the unit/room, event, tour, etc. published on Booking.si. The online visitor is obliged to report any incorrect information published to Booking.si.
Inquiry or booking form
Enquiries from the online visitor are made via the Booking.si booking form or the contact form.
In the event of submitting a booking form, the online customer undertakes to provide a correct and accurate e-mail address, postal address, name and surname and telephone number.
In the event that the online visitor does not provide all the required information, the service provider will not be able to execute the reservation or send you a concrete offer for the reservation.
If you make an enquiry via the contact form, you must provide all the mandatory information in the contact form and your additional requirements in the Message field.
The Online Buyer shall be liable for any costs incurred as a result of incorrectly provided or fraudulent or speculative information.

Booking
The reservation is made and confirmed by the service provider directly to the customer’s address. Booking.si also has the possibility to use the Booking System for providers that do not have their own platform. In this case, the supplier will also use the Booking.si portal to manage the booking.
Once the booking is confirmed, the online buyer is bound by the terms and conditions of the selected service provider.
The Booking.si portal is an online intermediary between tourism service providers (accommodation, events, tours, experiences, etc.) and online visitors who are enquiring about such services.
Payment
The payment of the reservation is not made on the Booking.si portal, but according to the terms and conditions set by the individual service provider. The terms and conditions vary from one service provider to another.
During the booking process, Booking.si does not require the Online Buyer to pay a deposit or any amount of the booking, but payment is made according to the terms and conditions and rules of the service provider.
By making a booking payment to the Service Provider, the Online Buyer undertakes to be fully aware of all the features and conditions provided by the Service Provider.
Booking.si or Marcelino d.o.o. also provides payment technology. The Provider may optionally hire a payment service, in which case Booking.si is the provider of the payment technology.
Changes and cancellation – online buyer
Booking.si acts only as an agent for the booking enquiry, therefore all changes and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual service provider. Please contact the provider directly for bookings and cancellations.

Booking.si shall not be liable for any damages arising as a result of any misunderstanding between the online customer and the service provider. Neither shall it be liable to pay any additional costs incurred.
Insurance
Booking.si shall not be liable for the terms and conditions of the insurance provided to the Online Buyer by the Service Provider upon confirmation of the booking.
Complaint handling
The Online Buyer has the right to complain about incorrectly published photographs or inaccurately displayed information related to the request for service.
Booking.si undertakes to start resolving the complaint as soon as it is received as a matter of priority.
The Online Buyer shall resolve complaints with the Service Provider.
Court of jurisdiction
The parties will attempt to resolve any complaint amicably. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, they agree that the court in Celje shall have jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
Anything not specifically provided for in the General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable legal regulations of the Republic of Slovenia.
